I love everything on this list except Tom Yum. Of all the Asian cuisines, Thai Cuisine is the most overrated. Tom Yum is just well, lacks the sensitivities and classy character of the Vietnamese Pho. I am a big fan of Vietnamese, Indian, Malay and Chinese Cuisine (on the Asian cuisine front). Japanese follows closely as well. Korean is quite okay.
